The venue is a shopping mall in Kaohsiung; to reach the B3F parking lot photo area, visitors should take the escalator near the B2F 7-Eleven down to B3F, taking care around vehicles and not blocking the roadway.
Tickets cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded, but unused tickets can be converted into staca points through the staca Ticket Center's mypage; a separate ticket with the changing room option is required to use the changing room and baggage storage.
