🇹🇭 Thailand

This event, which began in Nagoya in 2003, is one of the largest cosplay festivals in the world. Top-level cosplayers from around the globe gather here for a wide variety of programs, including the “World Cosplay Championship,” which crowns the world’s best cosplayer, as well as cosplay parades, stage programs, and cosplay runways. It’s a massive event that draws over 200,000 attendees each year.

World Cosplay Summit 2026 will be held from Friday, July 31 to Sunday, August 2, 2026, at various locations throughout Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture (Oasis 21, Aichi Arts Center, Hisaya Odori Park, Osu Shopping Street, and more). As for tickets, many comic-con style events require advance purchase, and same-day tickets tend to be priced higher. Costume Rules Vary by Country and Region

Clothing rules vary greatly depending on the country or region. The following points in particular require caution.
