The event takes place at Sky Garden on the rooftop of Malang Town Square, located at Jalan Veteran No. 2, Klojen, Kota Malang, Jawa Timur. Access the rooftop via the mall elevators or stairs.
General admission is free. To participate in the Cosplay Competition, register at 50,000 IDR per team. Coswalk Competition registration is 20,000 IDR per person. Registration details are available through event organizers Malang Town Square and HOTARU.
